Terms and Conditions1. General Provisions1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website lecula.store ("Site") and your participation in the crowdfunding campaign aimed at raising 1000 SOL (the "Funding Target") for the development and production of the Lecula project – a levitating lamp in the form of a cucumber (the "Product").1.2. Participation in this campaign is entirely voluntary. By contributing funds, you acknowledge that you are doing so of your own free will and that no solicitation or inducement is being made by the Site or its organizers.2. Funding and Use of Contributions2.1. In the event that the Funding Target of 1000 SOL is not reached, the project initiator reserves the right not to proceed with the production of the Product.2.2. All funds contributed are considered a donation towards the development of the project. Such contributions will be allocated to cover various costs incurred during the production process.2.3. By contributing, you acknowledge and agree that Lecula Inc. shall not be required to refund any portion of your contribution, as the funds may already have been expended on preparatory and production-related activities.3. Disclaimer and Acknowledgment of Risks3.1. Participation in this crowdfunding campaign is at your own risk. By contributing funds, you recognize and accept that there are inherent risks, including but not limited to:- The possibility that the Funding Target may not be reached, thereby precluding the production of the Product.
- Unforeseen events or circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, force majeure, supply chain disruptions) that may prevent the timely or complete delivery of the Product. 3.2. Neither the organizers of lecula.store nor Lecula Inc. shall be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from your participation in the campaign or from any failure to deliver the Product. 3.3. You acknowledge that even if the project is successfully funded, there is no guarantee that you will ultimately receive the Product.
4. Intended Use of the Product4.1. The Product is designed solely for the purpose of illuminating a space (e.g., serving as a lamp or nightlight).4.2. By purchasing or investing in the Product, you agree to use it strictly in accordance with its intended purpose. The Product must not be used as an intimate device, for medical applications, in food preparation, or for any other purposes not expressly specified. 4.3. You further agree that Lecula Inc. is not responsible for any misuse of the Product that results in injury, damage, or other adverse outcomes.5. Acceptance of Terms5.1. By contributing funds or placing an order through lecula.store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.5.2. Your participation is deemed a donation towards the development of the Lecula project, and you hereby waive any claims against the organizers for any non-delivery of the Product or for any financial loss incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances.6. Final Provisions6.1. The organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Site and will govern your continued participation.6.2. Lecula.store reserves the right to cancel any order or investment at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide an explanation.6.3. Under no circumstances shall any investor or purchaser be entitled to bring any claim or demand against the organizers or Lecula Inc. following their contribution or purchase, regardless of the outcome of the project.
